Facilities Planning and Construction at MSU

Mr. Leist is the Vice President for Administration and Finance at Montana State University. As MSU’s chief business and financial officer, Mr. Leist directs and coordinates financial and administrative operations for the four MSU campuses. In addition, he is the chief business and financial officer for the Bozeman campus. The Administration and Finance Division provides support services for Montana State University, including all accounting and procurement services, campus budgeting, treasury services, human resources, payroll and benefits, facilities management and construction, all campus housing and dining operations, university police, risk management, the office of sustainability, and management of all athletics facilities and campus event services. Today his primary topic will be construction projects that MSU has planned as well as projects that are currently in progress.
