Membership Committee

Here is the committee's structure:

Our committee's primary roles are:

To oversee the proposal and recruiting process of new members.
To educate existing members on recruiting and retention processes.
To implement programs to retain and develop members into club leaders.
To monitor member attendance and inform the Board of any issues that come up.

Our committee meets monthly (last Wednesday of each month) at Yellowstone Bank at 7:00am (1960 N. 19th - Bozeman)

To propose a new member, complete the new member proposal form.

After the Membership Committee approves the proposed person, he or she can be invited to join. That will involve a simple application form with a $50 set up fee. Because our club frequently works with children and elderly people, all members are also requested to allow a simple background check as standard procedure, found in the navigation to the left.
