Thank you Fix Up Fest Volunteers and Organizers!

This year’s Fix Up Festival was another shining example of what our Rotary spirit can achieve together. With 50 dedicated Rotary committee members, project managers, and volunteers working alongside more than 100 adopter volunteers, we completed 11 impactful home repair projects for community members in need. Despite the extra challenge of the weather, every crew showed up with energy, determination, and a whole lot of heart, delivering high-quality results that made a real difference in people’s lives.
The gratitude from homeowners was deeply moving—many were overwhelmed with emotion seeing the care and craftsmanship our teams put into every repair and improvement. The pride, passion, and teamwork on display were truly inspiring. Thank you to each and every one of you for your time, your hands-on effort, and your unwavering commitment to service. You can relive some of the heartfelt moments from the day by visiting the Bozeman Sunrise Rotary Club Flickr page: https://flic.kr/s/aHBqjCwmEr.

WORLD POLIO DAY
World Polio Day, observed annually on October 24, is a day for raising awareness and generating resources for the fight to eradicate polio, celebrating progress and inspiring action for a polio-free future. Established by Rotary International, the day commemorates the birth of Dr. Jonas Salk, who developed the first successful polio vaccine. Be sure to attend our November 7 club program. It will be an up to date look at polio in the world and the efforts of the team, of which Rotary is a partner, that is dedicated to its eradication.
