Meristem Services- Design and Fabrication of Museum and Educational Displays

Thomas Dunning, the owner of Meristem Services, is a designer and fabricator specializing in exhibits. He provides museums, galleries, and others in the area with technical support. Thomas grew up in Minnesota and studied studio art at St. Olaf College. He moved to Montana in 2016 and has been a part of various companies and organizations including three years as the president of Bozeman Makerspace. Meristem has worked with local clients you may recognize, including: Montana Science Center, American Computer and Robotics Museum, Mountain Time Arts, Old Main Gallery, and Random Acts of Silliness.

Share Your Knowledge and Experience at RYLA
RYLA is being held at Luccock Park in Paradise Valley on 7/11-7/15. There are two events that Rotarians (and non-Rotarians if any come to mind) can participate in:
1) "Leader Solutions" - Friday 7/14/23, Teams of RYLA campers develop solutions to local problems. Rotarians are welcome to listen and raise questions. Presentations start around 11:00 a.m. with a break for lunch and resume from around 12:30-1:45 p.m.
2) "Career Fair" - Friday 7/14/23, Rotarians sit at round tables and tell campers about their careers. Arrive by 1:30 p.m.
Lunch provided at 12:00 p.m. for Rotarians who participate in either "Leader Solutions" and/or the "Career Fair."
Luccock Park is just south of Pine Creek off the east river road in Paradise Valley south of Livingston. There is a road sign indicating the turn to the east off the highway.

Help Needed- Planting & Irrigation Work
Saturday, July 15th 9AM-Noon
Club members are needed to assist our landscaping committee with some minor digging around newly-placed plants, plus placing irrigation PVC pipe along routes being dug by an on-site trenching machine. People need no skills, just a willingness to take direction by Bob Farrington. Bring work gloves, water for personal hydration, a shovel and small trowel if you have one.
