This week, the youth exchange sub-committee begins recruiting high school students for the 2020-21 school year. The opportunity is presented to 15-18 year old students, asking applications to be submitted by mid September, at which time our two Rotary Clubs (Sunrise and Noon Club) then interview candidates and make our local recommendations to the District. Statewide candidates then interview in Helena and, if approved, are asked their preferred country to visit and begin preparations to leave for that country in August. Local (Bozeman) host families are then recruited, contacted and trained starting in late November for that following school year. If you have interest in wanting to know more of where you can help out in this life-changing process for teens, contact Mike Banville.
