Kerry has nearly 20 years of experience in public safety. At various times over her career she has filled the roles of search and rescue volunteer, emergency manager, radio communications manager, public information officer, and liaison officer. She has served as the 911 Director and Fire Warden for Gallatin County for 4 years. She is currently serving as President of the Montana Chapter of APCO, an International 911 professional organization. She also sits on the Montana 911 Advisory Council whose current role is to provide assistance revising Montana 911 legislation.

 

Marjean Penny

Marjean has 20+ years of experience in engineering, installation, and maintenance of Public Safety 2-Way Radio and Microwave Systems in Washington State. She moved to Churchill in Spring of 2015 with her husband and two boys ages 12 & 15.  She is also a Paul Harris Fellow and was a member of the Marysville, WA Rotary Club, District 50/50 for more than 15 years.
